The government has decided to lease 3 more valuable lands in Colombo for 99 years.
Related advertisements were published in the newspapers by the Urban Development Authority yesterday.
The price petition has been requested for 3 lands located in DR Wijewardena Mawatha, Colombo. According to a press release, it is planned to provide the Sri Lanka Exhibition and Conference Hall at No. 12 DR Wijewardena Mawatha, Colombo 10, the location of the People's Bank Branch at No. 38, and the location of the Sathosa Warehouse Complex at No. 40.
The lease value of the premises where the Sri Lanka Exhibition and Conference Hall is located is 3.7 billion rupees. The lease value of the location of the People's Bank branch is 1.3 billion rupees. The lease value of the space where the Sathosa warehouse complex is located is 1.6 billion rupees.
It is mentioned that a period of one month has been given to submit the idea for the activities of these lands.
